The Ministry of Energy and Minerals facilitates the development of energy and mineral resources through participation of various stakeholders including public, private, local communities, NGOs and civil society.
To that end, the Ministry has put in place a Client Service Charter (www.mem.go.tz) which outlines the services such as licensing, capacity building, information and promotion of energy and mineral sectors.
